Our parents spent days or weeks to pick a name for us. A lot stands behind our name, and we stand proud of it no matter the circumstances and history (good or bad)
Unfortunately we’ve become numbers in the eyes of corporations.
Huge corporations and some companies know their employees by a number. My friend told me that she was employee number 1230… they label her and her colleagues by some number.
Your bank or financial institution know you by your account number. Your utility company (electric, gas, water) may know you by account number as well.
It maybe easier for these companies to identify us by a number for accounting purposes, yet we are still humans with names, personalities, feelings, friends, family, and a life with great ups and downs.
Our parents choose a name for us to be called with not to be end up a number,
We work hard on ourselves and study to be known by names and achievements not to end up being a number in a company they don’t know your name.
